GRADUATING SENIOR FEES

DIPLOMA ONLY – $50 includes Three (3) Transcripts and one (1) Diploma with Cover.

DIPLOMA & CEREMONY – $120 includes (3) transcripts, One (1) diploma with cover, one (1) cap and gown set, a guest speaker, and a presentation of graduates.

Registration & Payment

All fees non-refundable. When registering for more than one child, the oldest is the first child, the second oldest is the second child, and so on.

By submitting your payment you are registering with Exodus Christian Academy for the current academic year, and you are agreeing to Exodus Christian Academy's Policies & Registration requirments. You can review these policies on the Requirements & Fees page of this website. A copy of our Policies & Registration information will be sent to you in the Planning Packet along with your ID Cards.

Withdrawing From ECA

To withdraw your student from Exodus Christian Academy during the school year, request via email and submit a Withdrawal Form to ECA. ECA will not release records until all accounts are settled and all requirements are fulfilled. All fees are non-refundable.

Students transferring to a public school from a Category IV Church-Related school may be subject to testing to determine grade level and number of credits as per the State of Tennessee.

Reporting Address or Contact Info Changes

If your address or contact numbers change during the school year, it is the parents/guardian’s responsibility to notify Exodus Christian Academy of the change. Parents/guardians may notify ECA by phone or via email at exoduschristianacademy@gmail.com.

Submitting Attendance & Grades

Parents are not required submit grades or course studies. Submitting course studies and grades is voluntary. ECA recommends that you submit grades and course study, along with your attendance, in the event your student transfers schools or plans to attend college

Tennessee Homeschool Law does require that parents report completion of 180 days of instruction per school year.
